Can I return products?
Products can be returned without reason within 14 days
after delivery (legal right of withdrawal, see general terms and conditions).
How fast is delivery?
We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Usually
all orders are shipped the next day. Need your parts fast? Please contact us before purchasing to check express shipping options.
Where do you deliver to?
With a few exceptions, we can ship our products worldwide. Can't find shipping rates to your region? Please contact us.
Can I shop without sales tax?
This is possible in the following cases:
o You are a company within the EU (outside Germany). You have a valid VAT number and the goods will be sent to your company address. In this case we can issue you an invoice without VAT
(Tax-exempt intra-Community delivery). Please talk to us prior to your purchase.
o The goods are shiped to a country outside the European Union. VAT is deducted from export deliveries. Local taxes might be applicable.
Do you offer discounts for bulk buyers?
We are happy to offer you attractive discounts for larger quantities. Just contact us.
Do you sell used items?
Basically, all of our items are new. Used or refurbished items are
explicitly marked as such.
Is VAT shown on your invoices?
By default, sales tax is shown on our invoices (exceptions
are export deliveries and tax-free intra-community deliveries). We participate in the one-stop shop process. Invoices within the European Union include the local applicable sales tax rates.
An item is shown as unavailable in the shop, what can I do?
Just talk to us. We will be happy to check when this item will be available again.
